Aludong Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a sandwich panel composed of two sheets of aluminium bonded to a LDPE core or FR core, through a continuous extruding and thermal laminating process. The surface of aluminium sheet is pre-painted with PVDF or PE coating through roller coating process. Making the aluminium with a plastic based core is to lower the product cost and weight but meanwhile to enhance the product rigidity and flatness, making it a very economic and handy product to work with. Aluminium composite panel (ACP) has been existing in the market for more than 50 years and being widely used and well accepted worldwide.
